Human responsibility and rollback
This product is used by marketing and sales teams to analyze the social content they have access to and generate auditable intent leads and communication drafts. System judgment may cause false positives, omissions, or over-inference, especially conclusions related to implicit needs, historical behaviors, and cultural attributes; the results must not be used as the basis for harassing contact, discriminatory screening, or unauthorized profiling.
Rollback only refers to undoing the analysis results, demand map, draft, approval status or workflow stage in this site and restoring to the previously saved report/record version; when this product is not connected to an external production system, it does not mean and cannot roll back the actual sending or modification in any third-party platform, CRM, email, private message or advertising system.
